We have many pupils and musical friends who participate in our concerts. A typical programme will include songs, flute, and cello music, dance and poetry with guest slots from guitarists and other instrumentalists. We perform music from the earliest times through classical repertoires mixing in old standards, songs from the shows and up date popular hits. Our performers range from 9 years old to late 70s and we just love to make music.
Our concerts are excellent family entertainment and so we recommend you to ditch the telly and come out for an inspirational experience with us in these lovely venues.
Seasons of Life .
The recent concerts that 'Unlock the Music' held for students and teachers involved were a great success. All the proceeds went to 'The childrens Society'. I would like to congratulate all mine and Lizzie Perrings Pupils for a wonderful contribuation to a good cause. 2008 EVENTS
Hunningham Recital....12th July........this was a great success, and we hope to visit hunningham church again in September to deliver another truly inspiring evening with an extremely high standard of performance from all involved.
My personal thanks also to Lizzie whose fingers worked overtime on the Keyboard all evening and offered a lovely accompaniment to my playing. thanks to Rick also for the amazing effects he created through the sound system and transformed the flute into a different instrument!
RYTON ORGANIC GARDENS 2ND DECEMBER 2007
Once again Unlock the Music owned by Lizzie Perring provided a backdrop of
festive music for Ryton Organic Garden's Christmas Fair.
On December 2nd pupils and guests of Lizzie Perring,
myself, Dimitry Chechnev and Irene Orlova joined
their pupils to provide a day of music for Ryton's
Christmas event. A fun and busy day was had by all!
